The New Jersey State Senate is considering a resolution that urges Congress to enact the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill. With most elected officials of both parties in the Garden State in the pockets of Big Labor (there are notable exceptions) — there is little doubt this resolution will be passed. The pro-forced unionism dominated political playing field in New Jersey has given New Jersey citizens the burden of paying the third highest tax burden in the nation.
