Right to Work Michigan is always attracting new business, and these companies are proof of that. Serve Electric, AGP E-Glass, and SK Siltron CSS are all adding new locations within the state. Meanwhile, Gen3 is expanding in its current Michigan location. Altogether, these four companies will create 730 new jobs for the state. So this is exciting news!

Gen3 is investing $8.69 million in order to expand in Right to Work Grand Rapids, Michigan. This will also create 269 new jobs!

Founded in 2020, Gen3 is an engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solution provider, headquartered in Grand Rapids with a primary focus on newly developed autonomous military and aerospace programs.

Serve Electric is relocating headquarters to Right to Work Sterling Heights, Michigan with a $2.7 million investment. This will also create 240 new jobs!

AGP E-Glass is adding a new location in Right to Work Canton Charter Township, Michigan. This will soon create 71 new jobs in the area!
According to state officials, “with the auto industry continuing to experience increased demand in electrification, connectivity, shared mobility, autonomous driving and performance, AGP plans to establish a North American Tech Center in the Charter Township of Canton, where it will develop and exhibit the latest technologies for clients, partners, suppliers and university officials to see the products in use.”
AGP provides high-tech glazing solutions to more than 20 automotive brands that are shaping the future of mobility through electrification and autonomous driving. The tech center will continue to grow Michigan’s mobility and electric vehicle sectors and will further underscore the state’s leadership position in mobility and automotive R&D, state officials said.

SK Siltron CSS is adding a new location in Right to Work Monitor Township, Michigan with a $302 million investment. This will also create 150 new jobs!
