What Do Cheese and AI Technology Have in Common?

Cheese companies and AI technology companies are both attracted to Right to Work Kansas’ economy! In fact, there are two cheese companies and one AI company that is investing in this state. KDI Cheese Company is expanding soon in Hugoton, while Hilmar Cheese is adding a new location in Dodge City. Lastly, Torch AI is investing in Leawood. Altogether, this will create 777 new jobs. So this is great news!

KDI Cheese Company:

Kansas Dairy Ingredients (KDI) Cheese Company is investing $45 million in order to expand in Right to Work Hugoton, Kansas, creating 40 new jobs!

“The local dairy community has invested greatly into Kansas for many years, and they have supported KDI since day one. We now have an opportunity to give that support back by providing a secure, long-term home for their milk.” […]

“Our investment of $45 million and creation of 40 new jobs in Hugoton is exciting for all of us. We started construction in December of 2020 and are on target to receive milk in October of 2021. We have already added several positions to facilitate our training, thus minimizing the commissioning time once construction is complete.” […]

Hilmar Cheese Company is investing $460 million toward a new location in Right to Work Dodge City, Kansas, creating 247 new jobs!
