What’s Happening in Right to Work Tennessee?

Companies are always investing in Right to Work Tennessee as a result of its Right to work benefits. The most recent investment are coming from REI Co-op and Parkway Products, as well as Old South Wood. Each investment will also create lots of new jobs. So this is exciting news!

REI Co-op:

REI Co-op is adding a new location soon in Right to Work Lebanon, Tennessee. This will create 280 new jobs in Wilson County.

“REI Co-op selected Lebanon to complement our existing distribution centers around the country and to better serve our growing customer base and broader outdoor community. Today, approximately 5.6 million REI members are in the service area of the Lebanon distribution center. We look forward to operating a facility that puts the local community, its people and environment at the forefront.” […]

“With more than 223,000 Tennesseans employed across nearly 14,000 distribution and logistics establishments, REI will be contributing to one of our state’s most robust industries. We are proud to welcome REI to Tennessee and appreciate their team for creating nearly 300 new jobs in Wilson County.”

Parkway Products:

Parkway Products is investing $5.7 million in order to expand in Right to Work Greene County, Tennessee. This will also create 160 new jobs!

Old South Wood Preserving is investing $5 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Summertown, Tennessee, creating 35 new jobs.
