Today is the Anniversary of the United States Supreme Court decision Janus v. AFSCME, another Supreme Court victory Advancing employee rights brought to you by the National Right Work Foundation.

If you. are a government employee, you have the right not to pay a government union just to get or keep your job.  If you disagree with your union or simply don’t want to subsidize it anymore, you may eliminate the deduction from your paycheck.
