Obama left and got inside his Range Rover and the people he was eating with came out in suits and got inside their limos.” . . . “They just appeared to be such caricatures of what you’d imagine the past to be like. They had suspenders and they weren’t smoking cigars but you could bet that they lit one up as soon as they got inside their limos.”
