The Washington Post examines efforts by Big Labor bosses to expand their influence in Virginia. Not surprisingly, the union big wigs are trying to buy their influence. Big Labor donations accounted for about half of the $1.3 million the state Democratic Party collected between July 1 and Dec. 31.
