Right to Work legislation in Pennsylvania is moving forward as a group of lawmakers introduced legislation that would make Pennsylvania the next Right to Work state, allowing workers to choose whether or not to join a labor union.
Senate Bill 1073, also called the Freedom of Employment Act, was introduced Wednesday by Pennsylvania State Sens. Mike Folmer, Pat Vance, Don White, John Eichelberger and Lloyd Smucker.
