Michigan Workers and Families Have Been Hurt
“If Michiganders can keep the momentum going this year, they may soon have their Right to Work law back.”

Right to Work legislation in Pennsylvania is moving forward as a group of lawmakers introduced legislation that would make Pennsylvania the next Right to Work state, allowing workers to choose whether or not to join a labor union.
Senate Bill 1073, also called the Freedom of Employment Act, was introduced Wednesday by Pennsylvania State Sens. Mike Folmer, Pat Vance, Don White, John Eichelberger and Lloyd Smucker. The act would prohibit employers from making employment conditional on certain labor organization status and provide remedies and penalties.

A handful of short-sighted Republicans are hurting themselves and their own party by failing to cosponsor the National Right to Work Act, breaking pledges they made to their constituents and helping Big Labor keep the legislation from coming to the floor.
