Liberty could return to Pennsylvania

Right To Work legislation in Pennsylvania is moving forward as a group of lawmakers introduced legislation that would make Pennsylvania the next Right To Work state, allowing workers to choose whether or not to join a labor union.

Senate Bill 1073, also called the Freedom of Employment Act, was introduced Wednesday by Pennsylvania State Sens. Mike Folmer, Pat Vance, Don White, John Eichelberger and Lloyd Smucker. The act would prohibit employers from making employment conditional on certain labor organization status and provide remedies and penalties.
