Federal Lawsuit Hits IGUA Union for Illegally Forcing DC-Based Security Guard to Pay for Union Politics
IGUA union officials provided contradictory information on amount a Master Security guard must pay the union to keep a job
The Associated Press, in a clearly biased article, points out the reality that some Republicans are in bed with big labor, often undercutting efforts to provide Right to Work protection to workers. We are well aware of Indiana’s Gov. Mitch Daniels sabotaging a Right to Work law for Indiana but we have seen others turn tail and run in other states as well. As the article notes, “some Republican lawmakers who represent more heavily unionized areas have teamed up with Democrats to protect unions from the legislation.”
The fact remains, Right to Work is not a partisan issue. In fact, Right to Work is about taking on the establishment and defeating the powerful triangle of big business, big labor and big government. We are making huge progress on this critical issue, despite what the naysayers at the Associated Press would like to claim.

Thanks to the Committee's election-year program, union-label candidates like Sen. Jon Tester (Mont.) are being given a choice: pledge to change course and support Right to Work going forward, or face the potential political consequences.
Biden judicial nominee Nicole Berner has a track record of mindlessly repeating union bosses’ anti-Right to Work diatribes and defending their schemes to profit at the expense of the disabled.
