The Senate’s Health Committee will hold its first, and perhaps only, hearing on the Coercive Unionism Card Check Bill. According to the liberal Huffington Post blog, one Big Labor activist said the Senate leadership appears to be “clearing the deck,” readying the Senate for action once the controversy around the Illinois and Minnesota Senate seats are resolved.
But when you look at the hearing schedule of witnesses, it’s more like stacking the deck in favor of forced unionism. The hearing will have six witnesses in favor of forced unionism.
