Biden White House Earned Big Labor’s Accolades
While Americans overwhelmingly support the Right to Work principle, Joe Biden was committed to wiping out all state Right to Work laws. As he put it, “I’m a union President. Make no bones about it.”
Seeking to punish Wisconsin legislators who voted to reform the state’s collective bargaining process, union activists are pushing recall elections and union bosses, driven by revenge, are spending like mad to oust State Senators who refused to toe their line. The Milwaukee Journal notes that unions have given their candidates a huge cash advantage in these recall elections with the AFL-CIO kicking in $3 million of forced union dues money. The pro-big labor group running the effort also reports receiving ” hundreds of thousands of dollars – both cash and in-kind – from units of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees; the Wisconsin Education Association Council, the state’s biggest teachers union; and the United Food and Commercial Workers.”

Big Labor’s #1 goal is the elimination of Right to Work protections for employees. To please their union-boss puppet masters, Mr. Brown and Mr. Casey both cosponsored the so-called ‘PRO’ Act, which would effectively override state Right to Work laws and impose forced union dues and fees nationwide.
