Guam Hearing on Right to Work

Not paying union dues could land you in jail.

Workers at the furtherest reaches of American territory will be subjected to forced unionism, once again, with the repeal of Right to Work protections on the island.

Independent minded workers will be subjected to a union dues or fees tax if Bill 20 is enacted into law. Employees who refuse to pay dues or fees to the union monopoly bargaining agent could be charged with a misdemeanor crime.
