Right to Work Iowa Welcomes New Businesses
Two companies investing in Right to Work Iowa are Sub-Zero Group and Fair Oaks Foods. Altogether, they will create 439 new jobs.
Gov. Chet Culver remains more committed than ever to gutting Iowa’s Right to Work law, Iowapolitics.com reports.
In a meeting between Gov. Culver and State House Republican Leader Christ Rants to discuss ways of creating jobs, Rants pointed to “areas which would help encourage the Iowa economy and prevent any downturn in the future. Rants also asked for the plan to gut Iowa’s Right to Work law to be taken off the table.”
Culver refused.

Businesses investing in the Midwest include Accelerate360 in Kansas, Link Mfg in Iowa, Nucor in Nebraska, and Core Scientific in North Dakota.
