Paul and Wilson Introduce National Right to Work Act to End Forced Union Dues for Workers
National Right to Work President applauds legislation that would prevent union officials from extracting union dues from workers as a condition…
Recently, President Joe Biden fired two of the top NLRB lawyers, Peter Robb and Alice Stock. This was taken as a surprise, as people in these types of positions are usually allowed to finish out their four-year terms. However, that is not the case. As a result, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation is demanding documentation on the issue through the FOIA.
In an article posted by Mark Tapscott in The Epoch Times, they share Foundation President Mark Mix’s comments on the subject matter:
“The Biden Administration’s radical, unprecedented firing of NLRB General Counsel Peter Robb immediately resulted in so-called Acting General Counsel Peter Ohr quashing two Foundation-backed cases, which threatened a key privilege union bosses use to seize power over workers across the country.” […]
“This FOIA request seeks documents related to this scandalous power grab, which is clearly designed to shut down multiple NLRB prosecutions of Biden’s union boss political allies for their violation of workers’ legal rights.” […]

Big Labor’s #1 goal is the elimination of Right to Work protections for employees. To please their union-boss puppet masters, Mr. Brown and Mr. Casey both cosponsored the so-called ‘PRO’ Act, which would effectively override state Right to Work laws and impose forced union dues and fees nationwide.
