CNBC’s 6th annual study of America’s Top States for Business finds, once again, that Right to Work status is a critical component to job creation. The 2012 list of the top ten states for jobs include nine Right to Work states. This year’s top states for business are:
Texas
Utah
Virginia
North Carolina
North Dakota
Nebraska
South Dakota
Colorado
Georgia
Wyoming

In the wake of Big Labor’s capture of the governorship and tightening of its grip over the Virginia General Assembly in last fall’s elections, union strategists are eager for passage of a law mandating union monopoly bargaining over the compensation and work rules of state and local civil servants.
