PRO Act/infrastructure package – Big Labor, with the help of Joe Biden and their allies in Congress, is pushing this colossus of a bill that will hugely empower union bosses at the expense of workers’ individual rights. At its core is a repeal of all 27 state Right to Work laws by federal fiat, which will force millions more across the country to pay union bosses just to keep their jobs.

Joe Biden’s nominee for National Labor Relations Board General Counsel is supposed to fairly adjudicate disputes between workers and union bosses – but she herself is a union boss. She also misleads Congress by suggesting that she wasn’t a key person in engineering the untimely and possibly illegal firing of her successor, Trump appointee Peter Robb when FOIA documents suggest she was half of a two-person team responsible for implementing that plan. Additionally, Biden has selected two SEIU attorneys to fill two seats on the NLRB.

Stacy is the co-chairwoman of the Project 21 National Advisory Council of the National Center for Public Policy Research. Stacy is an Emmy Nominated TV personality and documentarian, serving as host of Missouri, Best in the Midwest.
