Wisconsin is a Right to Work state, which makes it easier for companies to afford expansions and job creation. Some of the most recent Right to Work Wisconsin business investments are coming from Niche Cocoa and Octopi Brewing, as well as Milwaukee Tool. Read on in order to learn more!

Niche Cocoa:

Niche Cocoa is establishing its first North American facility in Right to Work Franklin, Wisconsin. This will also create 30 new jobs!

“Niche Cocoa Industries Limited (Niche) has established itself as a formidable business in Ghana and with some international customers mainly from extracting high-quality semi-finished products from the cocoa bean. […] Niche is proud of not only the quality of the product it has delivered but also of the flavor and taste of the Ghanaian cocoa bean which is the world’s most premium bean.” […]

“The food and beverage sector is one of our state’s economic drivers. […] Niche Cocoa’s decision to locate here complements our existing businesses and opens new possibilities for collaboration in the supply chain.”


Octopi Brewing:

Octopi Brewing is investing $62 million in order to expand in Right to Work Waunakee, Wisconsin. This will also create 150 new jobs!

“We’re growing almost 10 times in size, going from a 65,000-square-foot facility to over half a million square feet of space. […] Adding new equipment will give us even more product capabilities as the innovation beverage market keeps growing. It’s a response to what the market’s telling us and what our clients are telling us. We’re lucky to be in a position where we’re getting bigger and better clients who want more production volume, so we’re doing what we can to help them.” […]

“Octopi has grown into a tremendous success and is a significant creator of family-sustaining jobs in the Waunakee area. […] WEDC has supported Octopi from its early days and is proud to continue doing so with this latest expansion.”


Milwaukee Tool:

Milwaukee Tool is open for business in Right to Work West Bend, Wisconsin after a $55 million investment. This will also create 150 new jobs!
