Committee President to Trump: Don't Put Anti-Right to Work Congresswoman in Charge of Your Labor Department
The following letter was sent to President Trump by National Right to Work Committee President Mark Mix on November 20th, 2024.
Three businesses are investing soon in Right to Work Indiana. These are Stellantis, Smoker Craft, and Paragon Medical. Stellantis will be updating its current Indiana facility. Smoker Craft will also be making changes to its current Indiana location, specifically to expand. Meanwhile, Paragon Medical will be adding a new location. So these are some exciting changes occurring in Indiana. Altogether, these three companies will invest a total of $260 million toward the state’s economy.

Stellantis is investing $229 million in order to update its facility in Right to Work Kokomo, Indiana.

[…] Not only is Stellantis investing in the future of the auto industry, but the company is also in skilling up hundreds of Hoosiers to meet the demands of an evolving workforce.”

Smoker Craft is investing $12 million in order to expand in Right to Work New Paris, Indiana. This will also create 100 new jobs.
“Smoker Craft Inc. started construction on a 200,000-square-foot warehouse and shipping facility. […] This expansion will […] increase efficiencies to the loading process and allow us to ship not only more boats to our dealers all over North America but raise the quality of the delivered product. The warehouse portion of the project is designed to free up manufacturing space in all three of our product lines: aluminum fishing boats, pontoon boats and fiberglass deck boats. This expansion will help meet the increased demand for our product throughout our dealer network. We look forward to bringing more quality jobs to New Paris, Indiana, and continuing our growth in the Marine Industry.” […]

Paragon Medical is constructing a new location in Right to Work Pierceton, Indiana, which is made possible by an investment totaling $19 million.
