Mass Exodus from West Virginia Forced-Unionism

West Virginia’s working population has a negative growth rate exceeding 10% per year according to a November 2015 Fact Sheet by the National Institute for Labor Relations Research (NILRR.org).

It is not surprising since Big Labor Bosses negotiate monopoly bargaining contracts that punish younger workers just for being newer on the job, rather than rewarding personal efforts and skills.  One just has to look at the UAW-negotiated recent contracts to see dramatically lower pay scale for new hires regardless of talent.

Yet, in forced unionism states like West Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois, younger employees are forced to pay union bosses who negotiate these union wages that punish new hires and younger employees.

All West Virginian’s deserve the right to choose to whether or to pay tributes to union overlords; they should not continued to be forced to do so just to get or keep a job!  West Virginia should pass a Right to Work law.
