Right to Work Louisville, Kentucky’s Economy on the Rise

Right to Work Louisville, Kentucky is catching the eye of many great business lately. The most recent Louisville investments are coming from Confluent Health and Quadrant, as well as Piston Automotive and Kroger. Altogether, these businesses will create 828 new jobs for the area. So this is exciting news!

Confluent Health:

Confluent Health is investing $10 million in order to relocate and expand in Right to Work Louisville, Kentucky. This will also create 350 new jobs!

“Confluent Health is a Kentucky-born and -bred health care company, proud to reaffirm our national headquarters in Louisville. […] I am proud to have spent my entire career providing services in Kentucky, which began at Ft. Knox as a military officer and then transitioned to private enterprise.” […]

“Kentucky is well-positioned to support this rapidly expanding industry, and job creation and investment at existing companies like Confluent Health is proof of that. I want to thank the leaders at Confluent Health for this commitment to create even more quality jobs in the commonwealth.” […]

“We are excited to celebrate Confluent Health’s rapid growth nationwide and the expansion of its Louisville headquarters that will bring hundreds of additional good jobs to our city.”



Quadrant is investing $95 million toward a new location in right to Work Louisville, Kentucky. This will also create 200 new jobs!

“As electric vehicle production continues to ramp up across the automotive sector, we will continue to see growth of EV-related companies in the commonwealth. […] This investment and job creation will position Quadrant to capitalize on a burgeoning market, and I am thrilled to welcome the company’s growth in Kentucky.” […]

“We are excited about this major commitment from Quadrant to establish a research and manufacturing campus around advanced technologies here in Louisville.”


Piston Automotive:

Piston Automotive is expanding in Right to Work Jefferson County, Kentucky with a $26.3 million investment, creating 117 new jobs!

“We are thrilled to be able to further invest in the Louisville community. […] The expansion of our facility and our team is an exciting milestone within our organization that will provide a solid foundation to successfully launch newly awarded products and provide additional capacity to support our continued growth at Piston Automotive.” […]

Kroger is adding a new fulfillment center soon in Right to Work Louisville, Kentucky. This will also create 161 new jobs!
