RTW Tennessee Welcomes Over $1.2 Billion in Investments

Companies are choosing to invest in Tennessee over others as a result of its Right to Work laws. These companies include Symmco, Piedmont Lithium, and Hankook Tire. Altogether, these businesses are investing an impressive total of over $1.2 billion toward the state’s economy. So this is exciting news! Read on in order to learn more about each individual investment.


Symmco is investing $13.1 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Surgoinsville, Tennessee. As a result, this will create 86 new jobs!

Piedmont Lithium:

Piedmont Lithium is investing $582 million toward a new facility in Right to Work Piedmont, Tennessee. This will also create 117 new jobs!

Hankook Tire & Technology:

Hankook Tire & Technology is investing $612 million in order to expand in Right to Work Clarksville, Tennessee. This will also create 397 new jobs!

Through a focus on sustainable construction and innovative manufacturing, the new phase of our Tennessee plant will provide an effective local-to-local supply chain to more effectively fulfill customer demand. Additionally, we are extremely proud to continue to support the local economy by bringing nearly 400 new jobs to the Clarksville area.” […]
