What do ACT and Ternium USA Have in Common?

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) and Ternium USA are both investing soon in Right to Work Louisiana! ACT is adding a new location in Shreveport. Meanwhile, Ternium USA is expanding in Bossier. Altogether, these two investments will total nearly $1 billion. So this is exciting news for the economy!

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT):

ACT is investing $1.5 million toward a new location in Right to Work Shreveport, Louisiana, creating 600 new jobs.

“ACT’s addition of our new Shreveport customer care center is central to our 2022 and beyond growth plans. […] Our new customer care center capacity has room for over 1,000 new teammates, including work from home or onsite positions.” […]

“Advanced Call Center Technologies’ investment in Shreveport is a win for Louisiana’s Northwest region. […] The more than 900 jobs resulting from the project will have a positive impact on economic activity in the region. Ternium USA:

Ternium USA is investing $98 million in order to expand in Right to Work Bossier, Louisiana. This will also create 35 new jobs!
