What’s New For Right to Work North Carolina?

Here are some of the latest Right to Work North Carolina investments! These come from companies such as Toyota, Thermo Fisher, Sherrill Furniture, and MasterBrand Cabinets. Altogether, these business investments will total over $1.5 billion. In addition, they will also create up to 2,490 new jobs. So this is tremendously exciting news!

Toyota:

Toyota is investing $1.29 billion in order to add onto its current Megasite in Right to Work Greensboro, North Carolina. This will also $1,750 new jobs!

“Toyota’s commitment to establish its North America clean energy efforts in North Carolina shows that preparation pays off enormously. […] I’m proud of the people and organizations that have worked closely together over many years to make today’s announcement possible.” […]

“Toyota’s announcement is recognition of the central role that North Carolina is poised to play in the global shift toward electric vehicles, and marks an important milestone in the state’s commitment to growing the clean energy economy. […] The North Carolina team has had ongoing conversations with Toyota since they first reviewed the Greensboro-Randolph Megasite several years ago. This longstanding relationship, coupled with a business-friendly environment and a history of automotive engineering excellence were instrumental in the state’s election for this transformative project that will have lasting community and economic impact on our state.” […]

Sherrill Furniture:

Sherrill Furniture is investing $2.8 million in order to add a new location in Right to Work Conover, North Carolina. This will create 90 new jobs!

Thermo Fisher is adding a new facility in Right to Work Mebane, North Carolina with a $192.5 million investment. This will also create 150-200 jobs.

MasterBrand Cabinets is investing $13.5 million in order to expand in Right to Work Kinston, North Carolina. This will create 450 new jobs!
